The Maricopa County Democratic Party held its first Circle of Friends event for 2015 in District Guest speakers included Kelli Butler, newly elected Maricopa County Democratic Party Chair, and Dr. J. Charles Santa Cruz, newly elected member of the Gilbert Public Schools Governing Board.
